For more than 15 years, LMR has provided customer focused logistics and installations support and services to Army and commercial customers. After several years of impressive growth, LMR outgrew it's small business status and is now competing as a large business. In order to take advantage of opportunities and to position the company for continued growth, LMR contacted TWP to help with a company rebrand and strategy.
Working closely with company leadership, TWP led a series of facilitated meetings to help develop a value proposition, plan and strategy for marketing, communications and new brand. The collaborative process enabled us to tap into LMR's experienced staff while building consensus, obtaining immediate direction from leadership. A value proposition, core messages and identification of tools and resources served as a guide for brand and tactical development.
